The price is per Mother-Daughter pair sharing a double occupancy room.

Our target age is 5-11 years old.

We get it. Life happens; Covid happened and unexpected stuff comes up for kids all the time. Because of this, our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible for as long as possible pre-departure. And in the event you really can't make it, we suggest you transfer your booking to someone who can so that the VV magic moments don't go wholly wasted. 

Upon booking: 20 % nonrefundable deposit due.

Balance of the trip payable 8 weeks before departure.

If you cancel before 8 weeks prior to departure you will be entitled to a full refund minus your nonrefundable deposit of 20 %. If you cancel at or within 8 weeks to departure, no refund will be provided. 

Transfers: You may transfer your booking to another person if 7 days written notice is provided to us from you. Any additional fees, charges or other costs incurred as a result of transferring your booking will be passed onto you with these costs being advised to you before the transfer happens. We will also charge an amendment fee of €75 for any transfer.

If your booking is made less than 8 weeks before departure, the full price is payable upon booking subject to your cancellation rights as set out above.

Of course! We love our sons just as much as we love our daughters. Whilst the focus of what we do is typically aimed at mother-daughter moments we have plenty in store for any sons that want to join the Village. 

Absolutely! There is an additional cost involved for any extra person that you would like to bring but we fully welcome three generation holidays.

Yes, you should absolutely have travel insurance before coming on any VV trip. In fact, our contract makes it a condition of booking that you take out a comprehensive insurance policy to cover you before, during and after your trip. [VV will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you or any member of your party before, during or after your trip as a consequence of inappropriate or insufficient travel insurance being purchased.]

In the event that the trip is not fully booked 30 days prior to the departure date you can join for only part of the trip.

No, your flights are not included in the price.

Four Star Hotel

2 meals a day (usually breakfast and either dinner or lunch depending on the day's schedule)

All planned activities including entrance into monuments, museums, activities, excursions and experiences.

A myriad of VV surprises for both you and your child that will help keep your travel fun and stress free.

What's not included?

Airfare, transfers to/from the airport, one meal a day and the occasional coffee.

Shopping sprees, spa treatments and extra wine or champagne will be at your additional cost as well.

Yes, although we reserve the right to make modifications given the state of events at the time.  

You can pay for your trip by credit card or bank transfer.

Payment should be made in Euro. If your credit card is in another currency the exchange rate on the day of booking will apply.

By paying your deposit you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
